This series of CNC roller lathe is a mechanical processing equipment integrating advanced technologies such as mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technologies. It is mainly used for processing plane, curved surface and holes. It is widely used in the rough and finish machining of various plates, boxes, frames and other complex parts in the mechanical manufacturing industry. The machine can realize the three-axis linkage between the horizontal movement of milling head (Y-axis), vertical movement (Z-axis) and the longitudinal movement of working table (X-axis) . It can be used for milling, boring, drilling, rigid tapping, reaming, spot facing and other processes. This machine is mainly used for the processing of flat rolls and pass rolls, meanwhile, it can do processing on the rotary parts as well, such as turning outer circle, end faces, grooving, and rotary surfaces, etc.
